The results for Round 7, 8, 9 10 & 11 at Mira, Pembrey & Anglesey are now available on the website.

2009 Class Records Available
The Class Records used for the championship have been updated for 2009 and are available from the records
page to view and download as a .pdf. These have been updated for all venues for 2009. A question over a couple of the records for the early rounds
delayed the pubishing of these. If anyone feels that any of the records are incorrect please do not hesitate to contact the coordinator
as soon as possible
A Call for Volunteers - Event Reports
If any of the competitors competing in the championship (or for that matter anyone who is interested) would
like to write an event report for publishing on the website / specialised press, please get in contact with the
committee.

Procedure for Purchasing Toyo Tires
Our Sponsors, Toyo Tires, are again offering a range of tyres at discounted
prices to registered contenders in the Midland Speed Championship. These tyres are
no longer supplied through BMTR. The procedure for ordering tyres is set out below
Tyres are to be ordered by contacting Toyo Tires on 01933 411144 and choosing option 1
(order desk).
When ordering you will be requested to provide your name and championship registration number
(I will be sending out registration packs in the next couple of weeks - in the mean time you can
e-mail me at admin@midlandspeed.org.uk and I will let you know your registration number).
Only registerd drivers can purchase tyres at discounted rates.
Payment will be made by credit / debit card at the time of order.
Please note delivery of tyres is subject to stock availability. Wherever possible,
tyres will be delivered on a next day basis, where orders are received before 13:00 hours.
Tyres can only be delivered to a business / office address, however please ensure that someone
is available to accept delivery and sign. Failure to do so will incur additional delivery costs, to
be paid by the competitor.
Tyres will be delivered to the competitor by carrier free of charge for 4 or more tyres. 3 tyres or
less will incur an additional charge of £6.00 + VAT. The competitor will need to arrange fitting of the
tyres at their own cost.
Buffing of tyres is not available at Toyo Tires, but tyres can be delivered direct to a
competitor nominated company who carry-out buffing.
Invited events
There is a new Invitations page showing
events which are not qualifying rounds of the championship, but to which
registered contenders in the championship are invited as members of the
Midland Speed Club.
